How Can Gout Be Treated?

YYYY@YYYY // Thursday, August 30th, 2017; Dr.; I m suffering from Gout, & Tophi. A few years back the skin on my aches began to move over the tops of my 6 work boots.On July 2, 2016, I suddenly had my 1st., introduction to a Gout Attack , my knees were in Great pain & if memory serves me correctly, my ancles probably were in pain also. At the time I was one who had no Alcohol except once or twice a yr.,[ usually a 1-day binge sometimes 3 ] however, it was never enough to get me drunk. My DIET consisted of mainly Beef & No fruits or vegetables, I drank 4 Rockstar Energy drinks a day, and Oh yes I ate French fries & Potatoe Chips. I wasn t much for sugars as I had No Taste for them. However, My boss allowed his workers to freely help themselves to what ever was there [ in the break room]. With the diet above and w/ the 12 oz. cans of Kern s Approct Nector (is it 48 mg of sugar in each can ? ) [ Note, I drank it for the Potassium ] [Oh & as for the beef] 2 (count) Jack-In the Box Jumbo Jacks, No sauce, the vegetables Between the 4 yes you read right 4 hamburger Pads on each burger. 1 for breakfast and 1 for dinner. ( 2 {count} ; 1pound meals a day ).

Remission phase management requires specific molecules as those affecting urea production and clearance (Allopurinol, Febuxostat, Probenecid, Zurampic, and so forth) as per the choice of clinician as per the case demand.
