How Can Gout On The Big Toe Joints Be Treated?

I am a male 66 yrs of age. I am 176 cme tall(5'-9") & weigh 79 kgs. I am vegetarian. I suffer from gaut in my big toe joints of both feet. I do take whisky etc maximum one peg at a time once a week.Please prescribe diets which are beneficial for my gaut.-Col A P Khanna
