How Can Gum Infection Be Treated?

How do you get your gums to stop bleeding n pussing. It started a few days ago I thought it was something that happened when I fell but now 3 days later my whole mouth hurts my gums are pussing and bleeding and now I have a swollen throat and feel sick to my stomach. How can I fix this? Should I go to an er for medicine to stop the infection?

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain, if you have bleeding and pus discharge from gums then it is probably due to infection in gums and condition is known as Gingivitis..

Sore throat and stomach upset is due to continuous swallowing of pus that can cause throat and stomach infection leading to discomfort and soreness..


You should consult a Dentist and get evaluated and along with clinical evaluation, get a Panoramic x ray done so that the condition of the anchoring underlying bone is also ruled out..

You will be advised Deep scaling and Curettage followed by a course of antibiotics and painkillers..
Do gum paint massage..
Do warm saline gargle and antiseptic mouthwash gargle..
