Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern
Gynecomastia is triggered by a decrease in the amount of the hormone testosterone compared with estrogen.Possible causes may include: Natural hormone changes, Medications, Street drugs/alcohol, Health conditions(like Hypogonadism, Tumors, Hyperthyroidism ,liver/kidney problems, Malnutrition and starvation)
Gynecomastia may regress with age but if caused by an underlying condition, such as hypogonadism, malnutrition or cirrhosis, that condition may need treatment.
Treatment may be with medications like breast cancer or surgical (Liposuction or Mastectomy)
Just see your Doctor for investigation and treatment options.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
Best regards
