How Can Gynecomastia Be Treated?

Hey, I'm 19 years old male, soon 20. I have at the moment real bad self-confidence now, and have had for some times cause it looks like I got so called "man-boobs". Is this commen? Could it be something wrong with me, I'm not fat and it looks stupid on me from the side etc. What can I do?

hii.excess fat from the chest can be surgically excised.it is a simple operation only.but your liver should be normal.diseased liver may cause gynaecomastia.
