Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your query for hair and skin, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a mild depigmenting cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin.
3. Hair length depends on genetics. You can maintain it with healthy nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
