How Can Hair Loss And Excessive Sweating Be Treated??

First let me start by saying I have had 4 bouts with colitis/chrones in 20 years. I eat healthy, exercise and stay stress free. This has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle on no medication and remission for almost 10 years at a time. About two years ago I started experiencing cracked lips and small patches of eczema on my face. I was concerned it was a sign of something internal going on. All testing was negative. About 4 months ago, in addition to skin issues, I starting have excessive shedding of hair and night sweats and excessive sweating when exercising. I assumed it was related to my hormone levels fluctuating as I am post menopausal. 2 months ago I had my 4th and severe bout with colitis that ended me in the hospital. I started taking Lialda and immune suppressant drugs and all my past symptoms disappeared. Hair started filling back in and all rashes gone. Night sweats were reduced but not gone. I have be reducing by doctors orders, the prednisone from 60 gms. (10 per week) until I am completely off. Plan is to remain on Lialda for a while. I am now to the point that my prednisone is reduced to 20.5 per day and this very week my hair loss began again. Lips are also starting up (although not severe yet), and night sweats have become intolerable. I am sleeping with towels at night to absorb the sweat. I now believe all these symptoms are not hormonal by immune related due to the fact that the medication made them all disappear. My question is: Can this new conclusion be correct? And please help me diagnose and find an answer to making these symptoms go away for good.
