in the last week my hair has been breaking off and now is thin and losing hair. Only changes in my life style was changing shampoo and conditioner to herbal essence. a2 weeks ago after noticing that my hair was dry. I am and have been on tiazac sr 120 qd for years, Prilosec qd for 3 yrs, Carafate 1 -2 per day prn, prednisone 5 mgm bid to control asthmatic bronchitis. and allergies. alprazalone 0.5 mg q hs as needed for sleep. I have recently had a cardiac event AVT and required er services with iv tiazac for hr 170. was converted within the hour and was in ER 5 hr for observation. have been wearing a monitor but have not had any other episodes. I am concerned about the hair loss since thisis really a drastic change.
