I am a healthy, active woman of 74 who fractured my left wrist 2 months ago. The cast and subsequent brace are now removed as of 4 days ago. It feels as though my arm and wrist are still bound (tight) and my hand continues to be swollen. What can I do to reduce the swelling. I am not on any medications.
