How Can Hand Functionality Be Improved?

My grandaughter is 4 she had a Caesar birth but has had a rough time with her feet like a ballerina(fixed with ops on ttendons )Her speech is getting better with theraphy.Question After mri and lots of xrays her left hand is turning in Making her unable to catch a ball or hold very much in her hand, My daughter has just spoken to the doctors aand has been told that IT DOESNT MATTER Is there a better andwer ???
