How Can Head, Face And Neck Sweating With Hashimoto S Thyroiditis Be Treated?

Hello, lately i have been sweating a lot in the head, on face and neck area and i think it smells a bit sweet. Have given birth 6 months ago, have Hasimoto (thyroid) and am trying to lose weight. During pregnancy my morning glucose levels were a bit elevated (99), but was not treated with insulin, instead they gave me Glucophage and all was great.

Hi,
your gestational diabetes(that was treated with Glucophage) i think doesnt exist any more, now 6 months post partum.Anyway some tests are necessary to confirm that you doesnt have diabetes any more(fasting plasma glucose ,HbA1C)For the Hashimoto s thyroiditis i need to know teh results of your last thyroid tests and if you take Levothyroxine or not.Is difficult to understand imediately the cause of your excessive sweat in the head ,face and neck area.Anyway my advice is to drink a lot af fluids and to stay in fresh air places.
