How Can Head Lice And Nits In The Scalp Be Removed?

My granddaughter has been dealing with head lice off and on since April. I ve only found the adult lice (6) once, however, I consistently find nits. I have applied otc Nix, Lice free, home solutions, consistently comb outs, washing beddings, pillows, coats, clothing, vacuuming couches etc. Today, after another Lice Free Shampoo hair washing, I found nits again. Not a lot but enough to trouble me as well as my poor granddaughter. I am repeating all the suggested cleaning etc. I am at wits end!!! What else do I do? Is it common to find some nits on our heads? I hope not. This is so stressful and causing us anxiety. Please, any suggestions are greatly appreciated. If there is a charge for this service, please do not respond as I am on social security and money is tight.

Apart from all medication we need to take care of certain points lke,wet combing- wet combing is more efficient and effective, plz do it regularly.
take care to wash the lice comb you are using as they are the main source .
lice coconut oil are help ful, where as frequent washing, combing and hygiene are the main modes to get rid of head louse.
we should also take care of body louse as well.
