How Can Headache And Nausea Be Treated?

Hi I have been suffering from a headache since Thursday. Since yesterday the headache is just on the right side of my head and my right arm feels weak and my right leg is sore. I also feel nausea at times. I went to my Gp today and he gave me pandadine fort which is hard for me to take as I have a young child. He also mentioned that my blood pressure was 100/60

This could be migraine as one sided headaches are common in migraine . I would advise you to take no stress and I would advise you to get a neurologist opinion and finish a course of sumatriptan.
