Hi, My wife is pregnant from last 3 months. She is suffering from fever since last 5 days and feeling cold and headache. She is taking combiflam tablets twice in a days but not feeling better. Can please suggest good medicine for fever and headache during pregnancy.

The safest drug for fever and headache during pregnancy is Acetaminophen which is in combiflam. You can use Acetaminophen in higher doses and if it didn't work you can use the injectable form.
