How Can Headaches Caused By A Concussion Be Treated?

My 17 year old granddaughter has a concussion from a hit to her head and now nothing relieves her headaches..it happened 4 days ago and we have tried ibuprofen, Tylenol, and acetaminophen at different times and she still does not get any relief. Any suggestions as to what might work?
