How Can Hearing Loss In The Left Ear Be Treated?

I cant hear virtually at all out of my left ear. This has persisted for 2 weeks and was preceded by a sinus infection. Mt husband says he sees a white mass. And if i lay on my side for a prolonged period of time it sounds as if water is draining out. Ill briefly regain hearing and then it sounds as of the cavity refills w/ something (like when you empty your ear of water but some remains)
