After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that palpitations can be there normally because of anxiety factor, hormonal imbalance, dehydration or anemia.
Most likely your palpitations can be because of after effects of stress echo anxiety, you can take anxiolytic to relieve your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
