How Can Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Be Managed?

Hi I was suffering from heavy mentrual bleeding I had an ablation done in January and it stopped the heavy bleeding ibut now if I take any kind of pill whether it’s a vitamin or just any medicine I start to bleed like a period my Dr put me on birth control but it made bleeding worse can u please help I’m 46 years old

Hello,

You have to check for patient APTT and coagulation defect. Start taking tranexamic acid thrice a day. It will reduce the bleeding. and etamsylate is also be used.
