How Can Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Be Treated?

good day ,my name is Mo am 28 years of age. last year april i took my first shot of depo provera and ever since my periods have been irregular , they last for 3 weeks .i tried taking ovrals for 3 moths to regulate my hormones ,but still my periods are abnormal ,for 2 weeks they will be heavy then the following week they will be light and stop for 3 to 4 days and they back again ..what can i do ?

Hell,

Having periods every 3 weeks is completely normal. I think you've messed up your hormones by using orals.

Best thing to do now is to consult with a gynaecologist and get your sexual hormones checked. I also recommended checking thyroid hormones too.
