hello Doctor, My name is Zain. i m 35 year old. last month i missed my period. (had very light spotting during my period) and this month i m having very heaving bleeding and it hasn t stopped yet. it s been 18 days now. what should it be? i m extremely worried. please help me.

Hello,

For heavy bleeding you can take tab. Tranexamic acid after consultation. kindly do complete haemogram, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after consultation. treatment mainly depends upon he underlying condition.
