How Can Heavy Painful Periods Which Are Continuous Be Treated?

hi my name is whitney collins i am 24 and i started takin ortho tricyclen birth control to regulate my periods but they have gotten worse i cant go or do anything and it hurts i have a period all the time and i have gotten so many papsmears and they always tell me its normal i have no insurance so its hard for me to just go get seen please i dont know what to do im depressed all the time and always tired cause i bleed heavy 24/7 i dont know what to do...whats wrong with me?
