How Can Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Be Treated?

Hello I am 28yrs having heavy bleeding from February,last month doctor suggested USG and diagnosed poly cystic and bulky ovaries,high blood pressure,previously taken primulit -N, but no effect still bleeding,doctor suggest me TSH, CBC, Fasting sphere, pps and urine R/E,suggest xamic -mf for 5days is it correct or should go for ovarian drilling

Hello,

Many times heavy vaginal bleeding takes time to respond to various medications particularly with PCOD. Your doctor has prescribed you best medicines, continue with it, and avoid stress which will increase your bleeding. Wait for results till 2 to 3 months treatment of conservative trial before deciding for drilling.
