Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you are suffering such symptoms. I will assure you that 177 cm height is rather normal if not taller than the avg individual. Unfortunately height is not something that can be altered at your age very easily, but exercise and strength gains, and or alterations in your posture (ensuring that you stand up strait - with practice and stretching) can enable an appearance of being taller.

If you are depressed I would suggest thinking about speaking to a professional. Is it interfering with your life to a significant degree? Causing changes in sleep, eating, any other significant changes you can identify?

I hope my advise has helped. Feel free to ask any follow up questions.
