Dear young sir,

First of all, you have to know that masturbation has nothing to do with your height. Basically it is a genetical thing, and the only thing you can do to affect it is: stay healthy, don't smoke, practice sports like basketball, volleyball etc.
Don't do weightlifting and other power exercises cause they will build you muscles and that will make it harder for your bones to elongate.
Still, make a healthy routine of sleep, food and sport.

I wish you the best,
Manoku Eni, M.D.
