How Can Hematoma In The Legs Be Treated?

Hi, I have hematoma in my legs during my 2 months pregnancy, before knee and on my ankle. I didnt know how did i acquire it. It shows out like a red polka dot on the lower part of my legs. The pain caused by these red marks are tolerable but it makes my feet swell. I have not showed it with my OB as i am yet to have an appointment. ....please advise...thanks a lots
