Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have hemorrhoids I have for the past 7 years they were not put back after I had and I had a flare up a couple of days ago and now today it hurts to walk or sit and they are bleeding quite badly is there anything I can do without going to the hospital because I have no insurance
As of now you can try drugs like Tranexemic acid to control bleeding.
You can also take laxatives like Lactulose to soother your bowel movements.Once the bleeding is controlled, you have to consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. Surgery is the definitive treatment and in your case it is little bit advanced disease and has to be intervened early.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
