General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As of now you can try drugs like Tranexemic acid to control bleeding.
You can also take laxatives like Lactulose to soother your bowel movements.Once the bleeding is controlled, you have to consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. Surgery is the definitive treatment and in your case it is little bit advanced disease and has to be intervened early.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
