Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be a spelling errors as you mentioned viral load to be 0000 and after treatment it increased which is less likely however if you missed a digit and the viral load is on down fall it means treatment is working and that is a positive sign.

If viral load after 4 weeks had been negative it would have been called rapid virological response, however it should be repeated after 12 weeks of treatment to see if viral load has been cleared meaning to have achieved extended Virological response or remission.

However, treatment shouldn't be stopped during therapy unless there are serious side effects or upon physician's recommendations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
