How Can Herpes Simplex Virus Infection Be Treated?

I have been diagnoses with hsv 2 7 years ago. Im am taking suppressive thearapy medication for a year and I haven t had an outbreak until the beginning of march. They are now coming every week. I experience prodrome symptoms like a buring rash, but no visible rash? Whats should i do?why has the medication stopped working for me. I haven t changed my daily routine, and i dont think im stressed.

Your symptoms seem to be related to herpes zoster.
I recommend taking antiviral medication such as acyclovir daily.
I also recommend using steroid cream for local treatment and Ibuprofen for the pain.
