Hello

Welcome to the HealthcareMagic

Your blood pressure is very high and here cardiac disease or stroke like possibility can be there. Your Auscultation and EKG should be done. Then if needed 2D echocardiography and CT like further investigation planned

According to diagnosis further specific treatment given and blood pressure should be controlled.

Hope this will help you
Consult a nearby physician for examination and discuss your case
