How Can High Blood Pressure Along With Dizziness And Headaches Be Treated?

I started having dizzy spells about a week ago. They were very strange, a first fir mr, bu similar to what my husband had two years ago. His were diagnosed and corrected as crystals in the middle ear that had become dislodged by a a vestibular rehab specialist. I tried the same and got some relief. But the Day I was released for full exercise, the dizziness returned and is accompanied by a headache. I am an active healthy female in her 60s. We have taken my blood pressure several times and it remains normal, 118/82. What do you recommend?
