I have gone through your question. As you said your blood pressure ranges between 210 to 130/54. I think your blood pressure is in a fluctuating condition. As you have mentioned that you are not taking any medicines. I would suggest you some daily life style tips to keep your blood pressure in normal range.
1. Don't add salt over curd or salad.
2. Drink a plenty of water/ fluids throughout your day.
3. Dip one clove and one Big Harad(terminalia chebula) in one glass full of water at night. Consume the water empty stomach next morning. and add that clove and Harad in your main course if you feel like.
4. Roast some flax seeds, cool them, then grind them to powder in your grinder and preserve in air tight container. Now in another air tight container add Trifala Powder and Roasted Flax seeds in 2:1 respectively. Mix them thoroughly and start taking 1tsp of this with one glass full of water before going to bed. This help in eliminating toxins, opening blocked vessels and also helps maintaining your blood pressure.
5. Take fresh fruits instead of taking canned ones.
6.Don't take fried, precooked or frozen foods.
7. Maintain your walk schedule daily for 45 mins. I am not asking you to do brisk walk...You just have to walk for 30 -45 mins/day without any break. You can do it anywhere, anytime ..according to your comfort.
8. Do breathing exercises (Pranayaam)
9. Take one 1tsp of
arjun powder with one glass full of water after breakfast.
