How Can High Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

Blood pressure stays close to 140/80 most of time. Sometimes higher. I am 70 years old and on Blood pressure med but it seems to be getting higher. Had a stress test last year and was OK. Sometimes have pin like sticks in heart area and some pressure . Have been under stress with death in family and keeping my Gchildren. About 30 pounds over weight but satisfied with my size for my age .

according to your age blood pressure is approx normal. you can concentrate on your diet plan to keep your health and blood pressure normal
