How Can High Cholesterol Levels Be Treated?

I am a type 2 diabetic I am on meds and been keeping it as low as I can but I have high cholesterol and every medication the doctors tried I had a bad reaction so if I try to lower my cholesterol naturally with vitamins will it help? I have noticed my left foot has been feeling numb and it s traveled to my ankle and that scares me I don t need to lose any of my limb

I can understand your concern.
Vitamin tablets won't reduce cholesterol.
Conventionally used lipid lowering drugs (Rosuvastatin and atorvastatin) can cause allergic reactions. So you can try newer safer drug, fenofibrate. It is having very less side effects and allergic reactions. So try this if you didn't try it before.
Along with drugs, you should follow certain lifestyle modifications for lowering cholesterol.
1. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Eat high fiber foods like vegetables, fruits etc.
4. Do regular aerobic exercise like running, cycling, swimming etc.
5. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
