How Can High Fever Be Treated?

My daughter had community acuired pneumonia last April and then again November of 2017. She 7 now and since Friday night 2/9/18, she has a 101 fever. Pedia was booked on Saturday, didn t got to take her. Today she has 103.5 fever. I been wiping her down with ice water and she s taking ibuprofen every 4 hrs. I feel like her pneumonia is back again. Pls help!.

It is very hard to treat her distantly like this. Since she had pneumonia before, she had to be treated with antibiotics. Kindly, take her to the pedia soon.
