How Can High Fever, Chills, Muscle Ache And Slight Headache Be Managed And Treated?

I have a fever , three drgrees higher than my normal, that came on suddenly 3 hours ago, I had chills, now feel really hot. Also muscle ache, skin feels raw and slight headache. I have had diarrhea since yesterday afternoon. Do you think its the flu or something else?
