Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I see that you prefer the homeopathic treatement for your patients.

Calcarea carbonica is well known for its treatment in chronic fatigue. In fact, it is a remedy that works best in patients who are chronically tired and lacking in energy.
Pusatila can be used for painful conditions of the female reproductive system, such as menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) and painful ovaries (ovaralgia).
Sepia also can be beneficial in cases of hormonal imbalance.

If the treatement normalise her menstrual cycles(If the patient take the treatement regularly),than it can beconsiderated OK!

But as endocrinologist,in a 16 years old girl with hyperprolactinemia,i will ask first to do a Head scan to see the pituitary gand.

One common cause of hyperprolactinemia is a growth or tumor on the pituitary gland called a prolactinoma.
Also,Certain prescription medicines like antidepressants, opiates, antipsychotics and some antihypertensive drugs, can also increase prolactin levels.

So,my suggestion is that this patient ,should consult a local endocrinologist to check for the right cause of her hyperprolactinemia.
Only than she can have the right treatement or solution for her problem.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
