How Can Hip Indentation And Bruising Be Treated?

hi my hip is indented and a little bruise i fell skate boarding a long time ago ,it hurt for little bit then it got better and i could walk perfectly fine with no pain i just rehurt it again and its bruised and indets but no pain or difficulty walking im 16
