How Can Hipbone Fracture With Excessive Body Heat And Dysentery Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, iam Priya. My brother is 33. He met with an accident a month before. He suffered from multiple fractures incuding one in his hip bone. He got operated and he is now bed ridden for more than a month. He hasn't taken bath for a month . we only give him towel bath.Now he feels his body is too hot and often he has dysentry due to heat. What shall we do to reduce his body heat?
