How Can Homogeneous And Reticular Opacity In The Lungs Be Treated?

My husband is 41 years old. Change smoker but stop more or less 2months after talking xray diagnosed homogenous opacity and reticular opacity. The first time he take xray he has a cough and pleghm. But now stop smoking no pleghm. Very healthy. 2nd xray same results.what is the best to do. What is d medicine.
