How Can Hot Flashes And Pain In The Feet Be Treated?

I am 62 years old and i have hot flashes so bad, i just want to give up its causing my left feet to hurt under the bottom, I can hardly wear my heels to church, I thought it would be over now, i have not had a period in 25 years, I am so embarrassed, What do I do?

Maybe you are suffering from hyperthyroidism
You should do
*T3, T4, TSH
to check thyroid function.
