How Can Hypertension And Dizziness Be Treated?

Yes please. I am a 67 yr Old female with a history of RA, Hypertension, and obesity. I have recently started having extreme vertigo that worsens when I have driven. I am taking meclizine 24/7 that helped for a bit but now does not. My blood pressure is controlled on meds, 120s/70s. I do battle sinus infections. I feel as if my head is detached at times and floating. What should I do

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, As blood pressure is normal, so dizziness may not be due to hypertension. It may benign positional vertigo. You can take ta. Betahistine after consultation with ENT surgeon. If not relieving, Kindly do CT brain after consultation. Take care.
