How Can Hypertension And Elevated Heart Rate Be Treated?
Hi, As a specialist, I can understand your anxiety. As you re working in a cardiac centre, it should be easy to advise. Tests to determine right combination of anti-hypertensive drugs are: 1. Blood routine, RBS, creatinine, LFT, platelets and a troponin test. 2. B.P. 6 hourly, ECG, CXR-PA and an Echoscan. 3. TMT. (treadmill test). If positive for inducible ischemia, an angiogram. After seeing all the reports, the proper medication can be advised.Contact me with a direct question for an expert opinion. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
