How Can Hypothyroidism Along With Frozen Shoulder Be Treated?

Hi, I am a 19 year old female and a student currently.I recently discovered i have hypothyroidism which has caused me to gain weight and extreme fatigueness even without slaving myself a lot.I also have this frozen shoulder problem that gives me acute pain and nothing seems to just work out.I read about coconut oil and have ordered one online.Can you tell me if it really works ?.I am desperate because i need relief to study for so long as 8-9 hours daily.Actually,i will be appearing for medical entrance this session and it is becoming a real stress maker for me.please help me out.

As per your history, for hypothyrodism you can take tab. thyroxine after consultation.

for frozen shoulder you can take tab. tylenol and do regular physical therapy.

Apply diclofenac gel or heating pads.
