How Can I Get Rid Of My Sore Throat And Chills ?

I'm from New Zealand but currently on holiday in Australia. I.got.a little sunburnt yesterday even with.spf30. I have chills even though its 30 degrees Celsius and a sore neck and back and slight sore throat I have been drinking fluids to. Please help

Hi and thanks for the query.
You may be suffering from acute upper respiratory infection.
For the time being you can follow some simple measures
1) Plenty of fluids. Approximately 3 litres daily.
2) Warm salt water gargling - 5 times daily
3) Avoid cold foods.
4) Plenty of rest and voice rest.
5) Avoid air conditioning and the fan.
if you do not feel better in the next 2 days or your symptoms get worse in a day then you need to see a doctor. You may require a course of antibiotic, some anti inflammatory pain killer.
