Hi,

I can understand your concern for small pea shaped lump on cheek which you want to get removed without surgery.

There are tow possibility of the pea sized lump:

1. sebaceous cyst: due to collection of cheezy material in the oil gland.

2. Cystic acne: Due to blockage of oil gland and collection of sebum in the oil gland.

Both the things can be taken out with simple very small incision which is so small that nothing is visible. Even now we use radio-frequency machine to get rid of these type of swellings. There is no need of nay stitches so will not leave a mark.

You can talk to your dermatologist who will guide you for both the procedures which can relieve your problem in minutes.

All the best.
