Once you have been diagnosed with Hypertension, you have to take the medicines for lifelong. Limit your salt intake, exercise regularly and go for regular follow up. If you want a change of medicine or reduce the dose, you have to discuss it with your Doctor, because he/she will be familiar with your health history.
