Since you have posted this query under DIABETES community, i suppose you are a diabetic pateint. In case you have not yet found out whether or not you are having diabetes, i suggest you to first get a check done and then see what is the cause for your low energy levels.

Having low energy- can be due to many causes.

You need to check your blood sugar, to rule out diabetes.

However- the reason for low energy level in diabetes is poor utilization of blood glucose in tissues.
