How Can I Reduce Blood Sugar Level Of 330?

I am Diabetic, I have not had a meter and was checking my blood sugar but then lost my meter about a two months ago, today, i just picked up another meter. I came home and took my sugar level just to see how it was doing. i was shocked when i seen it was 330! what can i do to bring it down?

I think you should not base your treatment on just one sugar reading.
in case you discontinued your medicine, restart them.
take a review of what you eat, and control the diet.
go for walks. exercise will help.

you may want to chech fbs, ppbs, HbA1c.
if all three are high, then think about stepping up therapy.

as of now we cannot tell you what else to do
cause you have not mentioned the existing medications
