hi,my name is vee .i am 24 years old, a smoker for 4 years (chain smoking) i inflate my chest when i breathe, but when i inflate my stomach,it hurts my uppar abdomen (lower chest area,middle) and my uppar back ,it even feels dizzy when i do that .this only happens when my posture is straight ,when im bending my spine a bit and sitting ,i can inflate my stomach and it doesnt hurt?
