How Can I Remove Unwanted Hair Patches Of Cheeks Making Skin Darker?

I have unwanted hair patches of my cheeks that make my skin darker in that area and i have it no where else. how can i remove it and make my skin not darker there due to the hair follicles? the hair also sometimes grows underneath my skin causing bumps. I am a male as well.

There are temporary and permanent solutions. Temporary includes waxing, epilating,plucking and bleaching. Permanent method and best treatment modality is treatment with laser.
